CORE Medellín Hotel Package is the official travel package arranged by Hause Travel Agency. It is the easiest way to travel to CORE Medellín. Hause Travel Agency offers a complete experience, taking care of your trip since your arrival to Medellín until your return back home.

A Regular or VIP ticket is always included with a CORE Medellín Hotel Package in accordance to the stay you chosse while purchasing your package:

• 3 days (February 13-15, 2025) Regular or VIP ticket included for Friday 14 February
• 3 days (February 14-16, 2025) Regular or VIP Ticket included for Saturday 15 February
• 4 days (February 13-16, 2025) Regular or VIP Combo Tickets included for Friday 14 and Saturday 15 February

IMPORTANT: While choosing your package, make sure to select the correct type of ticket since it is not possible to change tickets after purchase.

Please note that canceling your package incurs a cancellation fee.

In the case of cancellation, the following cancellation cost will be charged (based upon the total amount of your Package):

• 60% before October 1, 2024

• 70% before November 1, 2024

• 90% before December 1, 2024

• 100% from January 1, 2025 

Please remember that all cancellation requests are subject to review and approval by the agency. If approved, any applicable partial refund will be processed via bank transfer, so you must provide the bank account details for the partial refund in the cancellation form.

If you accidentally bought the wrong package and wish to change it, send us an e-mail to reservas@core-hausetravel.com inmediately so we can help you. 24 hours after your purchase we cannot guarantee that your reservation can be changed.

Yes, to check in at the hotel and to access CORE Medellín Festival you must be 18 years or older. An ID with photograph is required.

All CORE Medellín Hotel Packages will be available starting September 18, 2024, remember that you must log in to your official Tomorrowland account to be able to access the sale.

Yes, we have 2 types of Hotel Packages that include a ticket for 1 day of the festival:

If you want to get a hotel package for 3 persons you can choose:

• 3 single rooms
• 1 double room & 1 single room
• No rooms for three guests are available.

However, it is important to consider that you will be able to order a maximum of 6 people per purchase.

You can choose from single or double room. Hause Travel Agency cannot guarantee room type, bed type or level. It is possible to get a room with one or two beds.

Prior to the festival, you will receive an e-mail with information about transportation Hotel- Festival- Hotel, schedules and meeting points.

If you wish to arrive earlier or stay longer than the dates of your CORE Medellín Hotel Package, you can contact our customer service to request an extension , the Hause Travel team will help you verify availability with the Hotel.
